Blogger'da Alan Adı Yenileme Problemi

Kullanmdığımız alan adını google'ın bir alt kuruluşu olan blogger yenilemediğinden sitemizin yayınında iki günlük bir aksama yaşadık. Blogger'da alan adı yenileme problemi yaşayan başkaları olursa diye google support ile yaptığımız ve bize çözüm getiren son yazışmayı aşağıda yayınlıyoruz. Bilhassa çözümün adım adım anlatıldığı kısmı koyu karakterlerle aşağıdadır.

Thank you for your message. I understand you wish to renew your domain name mademir.com.

I have investigated this issue further and I can see the domain renewal was set to 'Cancel my service at the end of my term on Oct 5, 2013.' To renew your domain you need to do the following:

1. Log into your Admin console at www.google.com/a/mademir.com with your Super Admin username and password, for more information on how to reset your password please visit https://support.google.com/a/troubleshooter/2403965?hl=en.
2. Once you log in you will have to verify if the billing information we have for you is correct, if it is not you will need to update it.
3. Click on 'Billing' > '+' > next to 'Renewal options' click 'change.'
4. Select to 'auto-renew.'
5. You will then need to make a manual payment to pay for your domain, for more information on how to do this please visit https://support.google.com/a/answer/1218821?hl=en.

Subject: I'm a blogger. My domain(mademir.com) didn't renew domain registration, Although I have a Google Wallet account and valid credit card info. Now I lose traffic. I can't register my domain anyway include another through registration authority.

I'm a blogger. My site is
mehmetalidemir.blogspot.com . My domain(www.mademir.com) didn't renew
domain registration, I had been used it for 2 years. I have a google wallet
account and last year my domain renew perfectly and automaticly. But this
year renew is a problem for me now. Although I have a Google Wallet account
and valid credit card info, I can't register my domain anyway include
another through registration authority. For example I'm try to register my
domain through whois.com i also can't. . Now I lose traffic. Also, I can't
access google apps control pannel. Please help for the solution. This basic
process shouldn't be a problem i think.
